EFR Lustrum Gala / Waitinglist

Are you a former board member or fulltimer of the Economische Faculteitsvereniging Rotterdam? We are pleased to invite you to a very special occasion – the 12th Lustrum Gala, celebrating the 60th anniversary of the EFR.

On Saturday, March 15th, 2025, we will come together to celebrate six decades of EFR’s history and achievements. This momentous event will take place at the renowned Wereldmuseum in Rotterdam, a venue known for its grandeur and historical significance. The evening promises to be one of reflection, celebration, and reconnection with fellow alumni who have shaped the EFR over the years.

Event Details:
The gala will begin at 17:00 with a warm reception in the foyer of the Wereldmuseum. From there, guests will be guided up the iconic red spiral staircase to the Balzaal, a space steeped in history where Rotterdam’s elite once gathered. This magnificent room, with its elegant decor and rich heritage, is the perfect setting for an evening of celebration.

Dinner and Entertainment:
The evening will feature a carefully curated dining experience by Chef Pascal Troost, who has crafted a menu that reflects the diverse and vibrant character of Rotterdam, using the finest ingredients from the Dutch culinary tradition. Following the dinner, the evening will continue with entertainment and opportunities to reminisce and reconnect with fellow alumni.

Overnight Accommodations:
For those wishing to stay overnight, we have arranged accommodations at the Bilderberg Parkhotel, located within walking distance of both the Wereldmuseum and Rotterdam Central Station. This historic hotel, which also hosted our previous lustrum, offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and historical charm.

Who’s Invited:
This exclusive event is open to all former EFR board members and fulltimers, from the very first board to the upcoming 61st. Partners are also warmly welcome to join in the celebration.
