About the last edition of EFR Women in Business

Her Vision, Her Future

Are you an ambitious female student ready to take the next step toward an incredible future? Do you dream of connecting with like-minded peers and building a thriving career in the business world? The fourth edition of EFR Women in Business took place on March 5th 2025. It was the ultimate opportunity to be inspired, empowered, and equipped for success.

It was an unforgettable day packed with opportunities to learn, grow, and shine. The day included:

  • Inspiring Panel Discussions: We learned from remarkable female leaders, including top executives and entrepreneurs, as they shared their challenges, achievements, and strategies for success.
  • Exclusive Networking Lunch at Erasmus Pavilion: We enjoyed a delicious lunch at the Erasmus Pavilion while connecting with alumni who have successfully paved their way in the business world. Students had the opportunity to learn from their experiences and gain valuable advice.
  • Workshops by Top Companies: Interactive sessions were hosted by leading companies. Students explored what it’s like to work in these industries and how to align your passions with exciting career opportunities.
  • Closing Networking Drinks: To end the day we had meaningful conversations during our networking drinks. Students connected with recruiters and representatives from top firms, showcased their ambitions, and took the first step toward securing their dream job.

This isn’t just an event, it’s a celebration of ambition, determination, and the power of connection. Companies are actively seeking the next generation of bold, talented female leaders and that could be you! Dream big, work hard, and remember: the world is at your feet!
