Do you want to help organise the largest on campus recruitment event in Europe? Then apply for the Erasmus Recruitment team:

As a member of the ER team you will assist the full-time ER Board in all aspects of maintaining the Erasmus Recruitment Platform and organising the on campus Erasmus Recruitment Days. Within the committee you can develop your skills within different functions. For the ER team we will recruit a chairperson, responsible for good communication with the ER Board and a well functioning committee. Next to that we will recruit two commercial officers. As commercial officer you will:

• Set-up a commercial strategy
• Sign companies for the Erasmus Recruitment Days
• Work as an account manager to create a sustainable relation with companies
• Work in a team with several other part-time commercials
• Be part of the Erasmus Recruitment Community
• Sign companies for Erasmus Recruitment

If you are more interested in optimizing the marketing strategy of ER then you can also apply for a marketing position in the ER team, in this position you will:

• Set-up a marketing strategy
• Create and execute a marketing campaign for the Erasmus Recruitment Platform
• Work in a team with several other part time marketers
• Manage the ERD Crew and all Active Members involved
• Be part of the Erasmus Recruitment Community

ER is a joint-venture between EFR and STAR, when you are part of the ER team you will be part of both active member communities. This means two galas, two active member weekends and much more!
